Welcome to a new year dear ones as we walk into this year of the 9 (2+0+2+5).
9 is a very powerful number. What does that mean? A quick Google search results in this….
3: Represents creativity, self-expression, and the trinity (physical, mental, spiritual).
6: Symbolizes inner strength, balance, and harmony.
9: Signifies completion of a cycle, letting go of the past, and spiritual transformation.
In the book Double Digitology by Marilyn Harper & Joeaux Robey, they suggest 9 symbolizes evolution in action. That is where we can stand strong in divine love and support as we finish a chapter, turn the page to a new chapter or start a whole new book.
So we walk into 2025 potentially ready to complete a cycle, to let go of the past, to spiritually evolve and more. I myself am excited for this year. Can’t explain why however I just know this will be a pivotal year. My word in 2023 was BRAVE. My word for 2024 was EDUCATION. Both of which lead me to this year’s word…actually words. My words for 2025 are PLAYFUL & POWERFUL. As I sat journaling this morning a playful practice I have been doing for several years, I created my 2025 personal mission statement.

This is meant to be fun and inspiring not another task to check off of the long laundry lists of “to do”. If it speaks to you have fun with it. Play. It doesn’t have to make sense. Allow what comes to come.
If you don’t already have a word for this year, find a quiet space to close your eyes and tap into your heart space. Once there, ask yourself what word wants to come for your this year’s expansion. Open your eyes and write it down. I suggest doing this part even if you already have a word. This will either give confirmation or a new more aligned word might come to mind.
Once you have it written down, now write it vertically like this….

Sit with each letter and write the first word or short phrase that comes to mind. Remember it doesn’t have to make sense, it just has to resonate with you. This is about connecting with spirit and playing with the infinite possibilities.
Now that you have done that part, write MY MISSION FOR ME IN 2025.
Below this title, string those individual words together as quickly as you can without thinking. There will be extra words that come to tie it all together and that is okay. Again it is about playing. Be silly. Allow yourself to be childlike. This is just for you to be in flow.
Now look at what you created as your mission for 2025. Does it make you laugh? Does it make you excited? Does it make you feel joyful? Does it just feel right even if it doesn’t make sense? If the answer is yes, congrats you stepped out of your head and into your heart. If the answer is no, that is perfectly perfect too. You can play with this as many times as you want. Remember you are a divine creator and there is always help for the asking when you are open to receiving.
Here is mine to show you the step by step process in a visual format. I kind of dig this year’s motto for me. Sounds intriguing and exciting!!
